Return and Exchange Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. 

If you have any problems with your order, if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to replace or exchange the product Please return the unused item with tags within 5 days of receipt.

Our Cancellation & Return Policy.

Our Goal Is To Assure You Complete Satisfaction When You Purchase From Us.

We conduct Strict In-House Quality Checking of each products We have engaged a team of expert Quality Checker just to ensure no manufacture defect. Also, we give you maximum description of the product including size , Fabric etc.

In very rare case that your merchandise arrives damaged / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a camera clicked photos of the same product from all possible angles. You must email us at support@blacknwhitesports.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We would request you to send us mail for any return request on support@blacknwhitesports.com with the details such as Order Code , Reason for returning the product , Photo of the Defected product which you intend to deliver back to us.

Our quality checking team will check the Authenticity of the defect.

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange in terms of coupon code which can be redeemed for the purchase on our website only .If you do not want to place the order we shall provide you the refund for the defective order amount.

All returns are subject to verification by our management team

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

You can request a return of the product(s) within 5 days from the date of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. As reverse pick up is not possible we may asked you  to send the products through a reliable courier .

In addition, the product returned should be in the exact condition as it was sent, along with all the tags. Return will not be accepted if the product tags are removed or missing. Please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. Also, note that we do not charge any additional handling fee for returns.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

  • Visit the returns section on the website
  • Submit the required details in the empty fields
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you would want to return
  • A confirmation email would be shared once the return request is approved 

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

For returns, it takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the full amount will be refunded as store credit.

Additionally, note that shipping/cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

Any items purchased during a BUY TWO GET ONE or any similar FREE PRODUCT deal are not eligible individually for return. Items purchased during a FREE PRODUCT deal are viewed as combo packs, one being the purchased item and the other being the free item. 

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY & PREPAID ORDERS

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within 72 hours as store credit.

Please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatch it to you. We have no way of cancelling it once it is dispatched from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on info@blacknwhitesports.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed next working day. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.
